Spa Optional Kits are spa technical kits that bring together the filtration, massage, air and heating equipment of a commercial spa. Çilek Havuz supplies Kit 50 and Kit 75 through quotes and as part of its projects. Kit 50 comes with a Ø 500 filter and the Kit 75 family with a Ø 650 filter. The massage pump is 2 x 1.81 kW on Kit 75 2M and 2 x 1.81 + 2.7 kW on Kit 75 3M. The supply is 400 V III + N.

Users and applications
The kit is selected as the technical section of a commercial spa, which is not supplied with the spa shell. The model is determined by the kit name listed for the spa. Kit 50 carries a Ø 500 filter and a 0.60 kW filtration pump. In the Kit 75 family, the filter is Ø 650 and the filtration pump is 0.82 kW. The 2M and 3M versions expand the massage pump group.

Installation and compatible equipment
The kit is connected to the filtration and massage lines of the spa. The balance tank is not included with the kit; 1,000 l or 2,000 l is chosen according to the spa model. The supply is taken from a 400 V III + N line. The line is sized for the current the kit draws, between 18.1 and 27.5 A.

// 04 · Maintenance
Maintenance checkpoints
The maintenance points of the kit are the filter, the pumps and the blower. The filter is cleaned as it becomes dirty and the spa water values are monitored. If the flow at the massage jets weakens, the massage pump and suction line are checked. On kits with ozone, we check that the ozone unit is working. The electrical panel is kept closed and dry.

The two kits differ in the massage pump group. Kit 75 2M carries a 2 x 1.81 kW massage pump group and Kit 75 3M a 2 x 1.81 + 2.7 kW group. Ozone is standard on 3M and optional on 2M. The required power is 11,802 W for 2M and 14,485 W for 3M. The filter is Ø 650 on both.

All kits are supplied from a 400 V III + N three-phase line. The line is sized for the current the kit draws: Kit 50 draws 18.1 A, Kit 75 19.2 A, Kit 75 2M 23 A and Kit 75 3M 27.5 A. The required power is between 9,362 W and 14,485 W.

Every kit includes a heater and a blower. Kit 50, Kit 75, Kit 75 2M and Kit 75 3M have a 6 kW electric heater and a 1.3 kW blower pump. A water-to-water heat exchanger can be added as an option on all kits. On all kits, control is by piezoelectronic button.

Ozone is standard on Kit 75 3M and optional on Kit 50, Kit 75 and Kit 75 2M. Automatic dosing with pH and chlorine control can be added as an option to Kit 50 and Kit 75 only. There is no automatic dosing option for Kit 75 2M and Kit 75 3M.

In the Commercial Acrylic Spa range, Odisea 20 works with Kit 50 or Kit 75 and Tokyo 70 with Kit 75 3M. Mirage 40, Roma, Verona and Olympia work with Kit 75 2M. In the Commercial Stainless Steel Spa range, Vulcano, Mercurio and Venus use Kit 75, Neptuno and Apolo 6 use Kit 75 2M, and Apolo 8 and Apolo 10 use Kit 75 3M.

The balance tank is not included with the kit and is purchased separately. The tank is used to collect the volume of water displaced into the overflow channel of the commercial spa. The capacity is chosen as 1,000 l or 2,000 l according to the spa model. The required tank capacity is stated in the technical table of each spa model.
