Six ways to work with us
We work with six kinds of partner. For each one, who does what is written down at the first quotation.
Pool companies
You build the pool; we take the specialist parts of the job: the hammam, sauna, steam room or plant room. The project stays under your name, and our technical team designs, manufactures and installs those parts.

Local partner in Turkey

Distributors abroad
A distributor sells and delivers our hammam, sauna, spa and pool systems in their own market, whether that is the Gulf, the UK or elsewhere. Manufacturing is done in Turkey, per project, so you do not buy stock up front. We send the drawings, numbered crates with a packing list and the shipping documents; you handle customs, local permits and getting the crates to site. On the first job our technicians work beside your crew, so the next one runs with lighter support.

Dealers and agents
As a dealer or agent you make the first contact with the client and see the quotation through. You send us the site file: photos, room or plot measurements and the client's wish list. Our technical team turns it into a layout, a material schedule and a price, and the quotation goes out in your name or ours depending on the model.

Three working models
The model is chosen per job; one partner can work under two models on two projects.
Turnkey, with our own crew
Manufacturing, shipping, installation and commissioning are ours: our crew leads the marble, the pipework and the settings. The partner handles local work, civil works, electrics and the client relationship.
Partner installs, we supervise
The local partner installs to our drawings. We supply manufacturing and installation drawings and come to site at the critical stages: before waterproofing, before marble laying and at commissioning.
Design and manufacturing
The architect or contractor builds with their own team. We provide the design, numbered materials and remote technical support: drawing review, answers on details and help at start-up.

What a partner gets from us
Installation drawings and material schedule
For each job we prepare installation drawings: layout, pipework and drainage diagram and the size of the plant room. A material schedule by item goes with them, so you can price the job. You receive a document you can build and order from, not a sketch.
The first job together on site
On the first order our technicians work beside your crew. We show marble laying, waterproofing, pipework and starting the steam generator by hand, not on paper. Questions on joints, falls and start-up are settled the same day, while the fitter is standing next to you.
Numbering and installation order
Marble, ceramics and hammam parts are packed in crates numbered to the laying plan. An installation sequence comes with the shipment, showing what is fitted in which order. Your crew does not hunt for a slab in a stack, it takes the next one in the row.
Technical help with the quotation
When your client sends a plan and photos, we help you assess the room: where the hammam and plant fit, which generator is needed and what needs a local licence. You go to the client with a calculation, not a promise to look into it and come back.
Spare parts and service
After start-up we stay reachable: we advise on running the equipment, send spare parts and diagnose faults remotely. Where needed a technician visits the site. Service terms are set out in the contract, not promised by word of mouth.

A video call or meeting with our management and technical team; scope, roles and expectations are settled.
Pilot project
The first job is a real client request handled together; our technicians work on site with your crew.
Framework agreement
Territory, scope, responsibilities and confidentiality go into a written framework agreement.
