+90 216 475 39 37No. The Gavarnie Solar Shower heats the water in its 35 litre tank with sunlight and consumes no power to operate. The temperature is set by blending the warmed water with cold water at the mixer tap integrated into the body. There is therefore no need to run an electrical line to the shower; the tank should stand at a point that receives sunlight.

The tank holds 35 litres. The body has a drain system for winter, and the water is emptied through it before the cold season. Draining protects the water in the tank and line from freezing. In summer use, no additional energy source is needed to warm the tank; draining is carried out only in the cold season.

Both colours come with the same aluminium body, 35 litre tank and 19 kg weight; there is no technical difference. The choice depends on the surrounding surfaces and equipment. The black model is identified by code 76696 and the Silver model by 76696CL74. Writing the code on the order avoids mixing up the colour. The mixer tap and foot wash tap are the same on both colours.

The connection is made with a concealed or side pipe. With the concealed connection the pipe is not visible, and with the side connection it comes in from the side of the body. The long shower head, mixer tap and foot wash tap integrated into the body are fed from this line. The choice depends on the direction from which the pipework reaches the shower.

The flow stays below 7.5 litres per minute. The low flow rate helps the water in the 35 litre tank last longer and helps to save water. The shower head is integrated into the body, long and anti-scale. The foot wash tap is a separate tap and opens independently of the shower head.
