+90 216 475 39 37The quantity of stones equals the stone capacity of the heater. The Vega Compact 3.5 kW takes 7 kg, Delta heaters 11 kg, and the VEGA Compact and VEGA models 20 kg of stones. The CLUB PRO-E has a capacity of 100 kg and the Cilindro Pro-E 140-200 kg. As the stones are sold in 20 kg packs, the number of packs is calculated from the capacity.

Both sizes are volcanic stone and the difference is the stone diameter: 5-10 cm is the small stone and 10-15 cm the large stone. Which one is bought is set by the stone size recommended by the heater manufacturer. The two sizes have different manufacturer codes: AC3000 for 5-10 cm and AC3020 for 10-15 cm. The pack weight is 20 kg for both.

The difference is the type and size of the stone. Volcanic stone is sold in two sizes, 5-10 cm and 10-15 cm, while red granite stone is a single option. White decorative stone is a separate option. All come in 20 kg packs, and the manufacturer codes are AC3000, AC3020, AC4000 and AC5000. The choice is set by preferred appearance.

The stones are renewed when they crack, crumble or their surface becomes scaled. The check is made while the heater is cool, and the stones are checked one by one. A deteriorated stone is replaced with a new one, and the fill is topped up to the stone capacity of the heater. The visible condition of the stones determines when they are renewed. When the heater compartment is emptied, new stones are bought in 20 kg packs.

Sauna Heater Stones is the fill that stores the heat of the heater, while Sauna Fragrances is a liquid that adds aroma. The stones are filled into the heater compartment and stay there. The fragrance is bought separately as a liquid and is not needed for the heater to work. Both are chosen separately for the same sauna; one does not replace the other.

The stones are sold by weight, not by count, and every option comes in a 20 kg pack. The number of stones varies with the stone size, so the order is planned by kilogram, not by count. The manufacturer code of the pack depends on the stone chosen. The quantity is planned in kg: for example, five packs are bought for a heater with a 100 kg capacity.

A heater sold without stones is filled with one of the four stone options of this product. The deciding factor is the stone capacity of the heater. None of the heater models come with stones; the VEGA, VEGA Pro, CLUB and CLUB PRO-E heaters are also sold without a panel. For the panel, see the Control Panels & Xenio product; for the stones, a pack is chosen from this product.
