Each page covers the local climate, the ground, the permit process and the questions most often asked there. Where we have no documented project on the site, we say so plainly, and we present work in a neighbouring province as work in a neighbouring province.

Adana: The Çukurova heat stretches the pool season; residential and commercial demand are both high.

Tekirdağ: A fast-growing villa market thanks to its closeness to Istanbul; demand on the Marmara coast is rising.

Survey and delivery times depend on the size of the project and the logistics of the region; we confirm the schedule with you after the site survey.

We also work in provinces not listed above; we simply plan the process in a bit more detail from the start. First we hear about your project, then we set a date for the site survey.

Working in a distant province does not lower the quality; it moves the organisation forward. Once material shipments, crew accommodation and the schedule are settled early, there is no engineering difference between a pool we build in Istanbul and one in any Anatolian province.

What really sets the cost is the pool's size, type, waterproofing and plumbing solution, and the equipment chosen.

We include logistics in the quote from the start and show it openly. That way no 'distance surcharge' appears after work begins, and you decide on clear figures.

When several projects come together in one region, shipments and crews are planned jointly and logistics become more efficient. If neighbours or your residential complex have a similar request, mention it at the quotation stage.

Ground conditions, the slope of the plot, water and power supply, neighbouring buildings and whether machinery can reach the site can only be judged in person. That is why we survey every project on site.

At the survey we do more than take measurements; we also discuss how you will use the pool, what you expect and your budget. A family pool and a heavily used pool on the same plot call for different engineering decisions. Most later surprises are avoided by a thorough survey.

In distant provinces we plan the survey together with shipments and the work schedule, so the trip is not wasted and a clear design and quote follow without needless delay.

Structural and hydraulic design, waterproofing layers, filtration sizing and handover checks are done with the same discipline on every project. The crew may change; the method does not.

Projects completed since 1993 and work in 14 countries have settled this method. Jobs of very different scale and difficulty, including Türkiye's deepest training pool (10 m, 3,600 m³), are where it has been tested.
