Before You Decide
A standard luxury villa pool project is completed turnkey in approximately 20 to 35 business days from excavation to water filling.
There is no single price per square metre for every project in the Istanbul region — ground and system choice can put two identically sized gardens in completely different budgets. A photo of the garden and basic measurements are enough for a rough estimate; a firm quote is prepared only after an on-site survey.
We prepare certified structural and architectural pool engineering projects compliant with Istanbul municipal zoning regulations.
Due to Istanbul's humid Marmara climate and varied soil composition, dual-layer crystalline waterproofing and winter freeze protection are implemented as standard.

What Should You Check When Choosing a Pool Company?
Two quotes are usually compared side by side, yet their scopes are rarely the same. We suggest asking these four questions before you look at the total:
Is the Scope Clearly Stated?
It must state clearly which of excavation, concrete, waterproofing, mechanical, electrical, finishing and surrounding works are included
Has Filtration Been Calculated?
Filter and pump are not just a catalogue pick; they must be sized to pool volume, pipe runs and intensity of use
Are Equipment Brand/Model Given?
"Pump and automation included" is not enough on its own — brand, model, capacity and warranty terms must appear in the quote
Are There Real Project References?
Not just renders — you should be able to see completed projects with known size, system, year and location.
