Values follow residential pool standards as rough engineering estimates; the pump is sized for 10 m head, 8 hours a day and a 300-day season. Final numbers come after a soil study and site survey.

Ground and excavation
Rock, high groundwater or a sloped plot raises excavation and shoring. That is why the soil study is the first step of every survey.
Pool type and size
In concrete the cost grows with every cubic metre; prefab panels skip formwork and shorten the schedule. The type swaps the two largest items in the split.
Overflow channel system
It needs a balance tank, grating and extra piping; both the build and the equipment items grow versus a skimmer. The reward is the water line and the look.
Finish grade
Glass mosaic and PVC liner differ in both material and labour. The finish can reach a fifth of the whole budget.
Heating and automation
A heat pump, automatic dosing and a cover raise the initial spend; in return they stretch the season and cut running costs over the years.
Access and location
Whether a mixer truck can reach the site and how many times materials are transhipped directly changes the schedule and the transport item.

Why do you not show prices?
Two pools of the same size end up at different budgets depending on ground and access. Quoting a plot we have not seen would mislead you; we give a written quote after the survey, and the survey is free.
What assumptions does the tool use?
Filtration turns the volume over every 4 hours; the pump runs 8 hours a day over a 300-day season; chemicals at roughly 1.3 kg per m³ a year. These are residential standards — commercial pools turn over faster.
Prefab or concrete — which is more economical?
Prefab panels win on short schedules; concrete wins where free-form shapes and a rigid shell matter. Switch the type in the tool to see how the items shift.
