// 02 · Use
Users and applications
Lane Ropes is for those who want to choose a lane rope according to the pool length and lane layout. The selection takes three steps: model, length and colour. BCN03 and Sydney have a 6 mm cable and a 148 mm diameter. Roma and Moscow have a 7 mm cable; Roma comes with a stainless steel cable, Moscow with a special polyester rope.
- BCN03 and Sydney options for 25 and 50 m
- Roma and Moscow options between 12.5 and 50 m
- Red-white, red-green, red-blue and red-yellow colours
- White and orange-white options
// 03 · Installation and compatibility
Installation and compatible equipment
The lane rope is connected to the anchors at both ends of the pool with a tensioner and hook. BCN03 and Sydney come with a cable, a spiral tensioner and a spring hook. Roma and Moscow come with a cable, a screw tensioner and a straight hook. Anchors and additional connection parts are sold separately in the Lane Rope Accessories group.
- Model, length and colour are selected according to the pool size.
- Both ends of the lane rope are prepared for connection to the wall anchors.
- The tensioner and hook are fitted using the items supplied with the model.
- Additional anchors or tensioners, if needed, are taken from the Lane Rope Accessories group.
// 04 · Maintenance
Maintenance checkpoints
Maintenance of the lane ropes centres on the cable, tensioner and hook. The 6 mm and 7 mm stainless steel cable and the polyester rope can wear over time, so they are checked visually throughout the service life. Tensioners and hooks are purchased separately as spare parts. Storage and reel trolleys are available for storage.
- The cable and rope are checked visually.
- Tensioners and hooks are monitored at the connection point.
- Worn parts are renewed from the accessories group.
- Lane ropes are stored on a storage or reel trolley.
