The LumiPlus Connect Pool Lighting Control Unit is a lighting control device that manages compatible LED pool lamps from a phone app over Wi-Fi. Çilek Havuz supplies Connect Control through quotes and as part of its projects. There is a single model (76290). Colour, brightness and scheduling are set from the app. It works with the LumiPlus Flexi Connect and FlexiMini Connect bulbs and with the RGB models of the Design, Essential, Mini SPA and Micro SPA series.

Users and applications
Used for villa, residential complex and hotel pools where the pool light is to be switched on and off, and its colour and brightness adjusted, from a phone without going to the panel. LumiPlus Flexi Connect and FlexiMini Connect bulbs cannot be managed without this unit. In the Design, Essential, Mini SPA and Micro SPA series, only the RGB models work with the unit. The decision is based first on lamp compatibility, then on Wi-Fi access.

Installation and compatible equipment
Before installation, the lamps on the line are checked to confirm they are compatible models. The unit is placed in a dry location reached by the home Wi-Fi network. The electrical connection is made according to the diagram supplied with the product; the lamps are powered at 12 V AC by the Pool Lighting Transformer. The unit is then added to the network with the phone app and the lamps are paired. The optional LumiPlus Connect remote control is used together with the unit.
- The lamps on the line are checked to confirm they are compatible models.
- The lighting circuit is isolated at the panel.
- The unit is connected to the lighting line according to the diagram supplied with the product.
- The box is placed in a dry location reached by the Wi-Fi signal.
- The unit is added to the network with the phone app and the lamps are paired.
// 04 · Maintenance
Maintenance checkpoints
The control unit has no consumable parts to replace. The points checked are connections, moisture and network access. When the router or the Wi-Fi password changes, the unit is added to the network again from the app. If the lamps do not appear in the app, the network connection of the unit is checked first, then the transformer output. When a new lamp is added, it is checked to be a compatible model and the transformer rating is checked.

+90 216 475 39 37The LumiPlus Connect control unit works with the LumiPlus Flexi Connect Bulb and the LumiPlus FlexiMini Connect Bulb. In the LumiPlus Design Slim Profile LED, LumiPlus Essential PAR56, LumiPlus Mini SPA Projector and LumiPlus Micro SPA Projector series, only the RGB models connect to the unit. The white models of these series cannot be managed with the unit.

The pool lights are switched on from the phone app on a line fitted with the LumiPlus Connect control unit. The unit connects to the home Wi-Fi network and the compatible lamps are paired with it. From the app, the light is switched on and off, the colour and colour sequence are selected and the brightness is adjusted. As the unit connects via the cloud, the light can also be managed while away from the pool.

With the LumiPlus Connect control unit, the pool light is programmed to switch on and off at set times. The on and off times are entered in the phone app. The light switches on and off at the same time every day according to the programme set. Scheduling is managed from the same app as the colour and brightness settings.

Yes, in addition to the phone, the optional LumiPlus Connect remote control can also be used. There are two remote control models: the W/TW remote for white, warm white and tunable white lamps, and the RGB/RGBW remote for RGB and RGBW lamps. The remotes work only together with the control unit and do not replace it.

The Plug&Play remote (74399) is used as a handheld remote at the poolside, while LumiPlus Connect works with a phone app over Wi-Fi. The Connect unit manages Flexi Connect bulbs and RGB projectors and sets schedules. The Plug&Play remote works only with Plug&Play lamps such as the LumiPlus Flexi Plug&Play Bulb. The lamps of the two systems are not interchangeable.

For the unit to work, compatible lamps, a Pool Lighting Transformer powering the lamps at 12 V AC and a home Wi-Fi network are needed. The transformer rating is chosen by the total VA of the connected lamps. If the lamp cable is extended, the Pool Lighting Cable and Connection Kit and the Pool Lighting Junction Box are used. The remote control is optional.

Yes, the catalogue states Alexa voice control for the LumiPlus Connect system. The system works over Wi-Fi with the Fluidra Pool app (iOS and Android); the control unit code is 76290. Colour, brightness and scheduling are set from the app. The unit is a separate product and is not supplied with the lamp.
