The Porcelain Pool Tile 30 x 60 is a 7.5 mm thick porcelain pool tile used to line pool surfaces with a large-format tile. Çilek Havuz supplies Porcelain 30 x 60 through quotes and as part of its projects. The series consists of six models. SLATE, NEVADA, OLYMPOS and PHASELIS are granular matt, while AQUA GREEN and AQUA BLUE are matt porcelain. One box contains 8 tiles and covers 1.44 m² of surface.

Users and applications
The Porcelain Pool Tile 30 x 60 is chosen for projects that want a large-format look with few joints on the pool surface. For a stone-effect surface with a rough texture, the granular matt SLATE, NEVADA, OLYMPOS and PHASELIS models are considered. For a plain surface in green or blue tones, the matt AQUA GREEN and AQUA BLUE models are selected. All six models share the same size and thickness.

Installation and compatible equipment
The material plan starts with the square metre area of the surface to be covered. Each box contains 8 tiles and covers 1.44 m²; the number of boxes is found by dividing the area by this value. On large surfaces, a pallet of 40 boxes covers 57.6 m². The pallet measures 80 x 120 x 75 cm and weighs 920 kg. The model is selected from the six codes according to surface texture and colour tone.

- Boxes for the area not covered by full pallets are added separately.

Maintenance checkpoints
Care of porcelain tile consists of removing the dirt and deposits that build up on the surface and between the joints. On the granular matt SLATE, NEVADA, OLYMPOS and PHASELIS surface, dirt can collect in the recesses of the texture. The matt AQUA GREEN and AQUA BLUE surface has no granular texture. A broken tile is replaced with a new tile ordered with the same model code.
- Deposits that build up on the surface and between the joints are removed.
- On granular matt models, the recesses of the texture are also checked.
- Joint lines are checked for gaps.
- Spare tiles are kept together with their model code.

One box covers 1.44 m² of surface and contains 8 tiles. Each tile measures 30 x 60 cm. The number of boxes needed is found by dividing the area to be covered by 1.44, and the result is rounded up. The box and tile values are the same for all six models; the calculation does not change by model.

A pallet holds 40 boxes, which cover 57.6 m² of surface. The pallet measures 80 x 120 x 75 cm and weighs 920 kg. For large pools, delivery is planned in full pallets. The quantity needed for the remaining area is added as a number of boxes.

The difference lies in format, thickness and box content. The 30 x 60 tile is 7.5 mm thick; its box contains 8 tiles and covers 1.44 m². The Porcelain Pool Tile 12.5 x 25 cm is 8 mm thick, with 25 tiles per box covering 0.78 m². SLATE and NEVADA are available in both formats.

The price for this tile is given per project, by quotation. To prepare the quote, we ask for the square metre area of the surface to be covered, the selected model and its code. The area is converted into boxes and pallets; one box covers 1.44 m² and one pallet 57.6 m². The product is added to the quote basket and the form is submitted to request a quote.
