The Liner Installation Accessory Set is an installation group made up of profiles, welding strip and geotextile that fix the liner in place. Çilek Havuz supplies Installation Accessory Set through quotes and as part of its projects. There are seven items: flat and corner profiles in PVC-coated metal and in 100% PVC, a 15 cm x 25 m welding strip, and 300 g/m² polyester geotextile in two sizes. The profiles are 2 m long; each item has its own code.

Users and applications
The set is chosen for pools lined with PVC liner, to fix the liner to its supports and to protect it from the substrate. The flat profile is used along edge lines, and the corner profile where two surfaces meet at an angle. The geotextile comes in two rolls, 2 m and 1.5 m wide. Each item has its own code and price, so only the items the pool needs are chosen.

Installation and compatible equipment
The accessories are planned together with the liner; the profile length, strip roll and geotextile area are calculated from the pool dimensions. As the profiles come in 2 m lengths, the quantity is found by dividing the edge lengths by 2 m. For the profiles, the choice is between PVC-coated metal and 100% PVC; both are available in flat and corner form.

- A 2 m or 1.5 m wide geotextile roll is chosen according to the floor area.
- The welding strip is added to the order as a 15 cm x 25 m roll.

Maintenance checkpoints
The accessories are support and consumable items for liner installation; there is no routine maintenance. The points to watch come before installation. Profiles are stored in a flat, dry place, and a bent or crushed profile is not fitted. When the geotextile roll is opened, it is checked for tears and crush damage. The codes of the delivered items are checked against the order.

The difference is in the body material of the profile. The PVC-coated metal profile has a metal body coated with PVC; the flat profile is 5 cm and the corner profile 5 x 5 cm. The 100% PVC profile is PVC throughout and comes in flat and corner form in the same sizes. Which one is fitted is confirmed with the team installing the liner.

Flat profiles are needed along the edges, and corner profiles where two surfaces meet at an angle. The flat profile measures 5 cm x 2 m and the corner profile 5 x 5 cm x 2 m. The quantity is found by dividing the edge and corner lengths by 2 m. Both profile types are available in PVC-coated metal and 100% PVC.

The choice is made according to the floor area. The 2 m x 50 m roll covers 100 m², and the 1.5 m x 50 m roll covers 75 m². Both are 100% polyester, 300 g/m² non-woven geotextile. The roll weighs 33 kg in the 2 m width and 30 kg in the 1.5 m width. Both rolls are 50 m long.

The welding strip comes as a single roll, 15 cm wide and 25 m long. The roll weighs 8.64 kg, there is 1 unit per pack, and its code is 40751001. The strip is an item separate from the profiles and geotextile; for liner installation it is added to the order separately for joints that require welding.

The set is planned together with CGT Alkor liner products. These are Aquasense Signature & Imperial Liner, Aquasense Granite & Aquadecor PF4000 Liner, Aquasense Slate / Riviera / Calacatta Liner, Aquastone Stone Effect Liner and Aquacolor PF3000 Liner. The liner roll is sold separately; the set contains only the fixing and substrate protection items.

The accessory set is made up of auxiliary items that hold the liner and protect it from the substrate; it is not a surface lining. Aquacolor PF3000 Liner is a PVC lining in a 1.65 x 25 m roll, 1.5 mm thick. In a pool lined with liner, the liner roll and the accessory items are ordered together.
