Inoxpool Stainless Steel Pool, One-Piece Prefabricated Pool.
Inoxpool is a prefabricated pool shell with overflow channels, made in one piece from AISI-316L stainless steel. Çilek Havuz supplies Inoxpool through quotes and as part of its projects. The Sport and Comfort models come in seven options from 5 x 3 m to 12 x 3 m, with a depth of 1.2 m. Water volume is 18-41 m³ and wall thickness is 2 mm. The floor is non-slip and the hydraulics are pre-installed.

Users and applications
Inoxpool is chosen for projects that want to build a pool with a one-piece shell prepared in the factory. The decision rests on two points: the plain, swimming-oriented Sport or the Comfort with hydromassage equipment, and which of the 5, 7, 9 or 12 m lengths. The smallest model holds 18 m³ of water and the largest 41 m³.

Installation and compatible equipment
The Inoxpool shell arrives ready for connection, with the hydraulics pre-installed. On site, the base is prepared first, then the shell is brought to the location by vehicle and lifted into place by crane. As the full weight ranges from 20,300 kg to 45,500 kg, the base is prepared for this load. The final step is levelling the pool and completing the adjustments.

Maintenance checkpoints
Throughout the service life of the stainless steel shell, maintenance is based on keeping the water collection and circulation points clear. The overflow outlets, main drains and inlets must work without blockage. The non-slip floor surface is kept clean. On the Comfort model, the hydromassage equipment is also inspected visually.

+90 216 475 39 37Sport is chosen for mainly swimming use, and Comfort if hydromassage is wanted. Sport comes with a ladder and counter-current. Comfort includes a step, hydromassage seat, cascade, water jets, hydromassage bed and cover. The 5 x 3 m size is available only as Sport; Comfort starts from 7 x 3 m.

It comes in four lengths, all with a depth of 1.2 m and a width of 3 m. The 5 x 3 m holds 18 m³, the 7 x 3 m 24 m³, the 9 x 3 m 31 m³ and the 12 x 3 m 41 m³ of water. Internal dimensions are slightly smaller; on the 12 m model the internal length is 11.84 m.

The full weight ranges from 20,300 kg to 45,500 kg depending on the model. The 5 x 3 m Sport weighs 2300 kg empty and 20,300 kg full. The 12 x 3 m Comfort weighs 4500 kg empty and 45,500 kg full. The base is prepared according to the full weight.

Inoxpool is an overflow pool; it has no skimmer. Water is collected through the overflow channel in the shell. The number of overflow outlets is 2 on the 5 x 3 m and 7 x 3 m, 3 on the 9 x 3 m and 4 on the 12 x 3 m. These are accompanied by two main drains, a vacuum point and inlets.

The shell is made in one piece from AISI-316L stainless steel 2 mm thick. It arrives as a single unit rather than as parts joined together. The floor has a non-slip surface and comes within the same shell as the overflow channel. The hydraulic pre-installation is completed in the factory. SkyPool Commercial Pool Panel Systems are assembled on site from 1.0 m wide hot-dip galvanised steel panels; panel height is 0.8-5.0 m and the work is carried out per project. For a pool of fixed size, Inoxpool is the one to consider.

As it arrives with the hydraulics pre-installed, the shell is ready for connection. Transport and placement form the first three steps of installation, and the final step is levelling and adjustment.
