Users and applications
This family is chosen by users who use tablets in the pool and clean the floor with a vacuum head. The floating dispenser carries the tablets while floating on the water. The cuttable floating hose is shortened to suit the pool size and used between the vacuum head and the vacuum inlet. The hose adaptor is purchased separately for the connection end of the hose.

// 03 · Installation and compatibility
Installation and compatible equipment
Tablets are placed in the dispenser and the dispenser is released onto the pool surface. The hose is measured against the corner farthest from the vacuum inlet and, if necessary, cut to the required length. One end of the hose connects to the vacuum head in the Serenit Vacuum Head, Brush, Leaf Net and Pole Set, the other to the vacuum inlet; the hose adaptor is used for the connection.
- No more than 4 tablets are placed in the dispenser.
- The dispenser is released into the pool water.
- The hose is measured and cut if necessary.
- If needed, the hose adaptor is fitted; the hose is connected to the vacuum head and the vacuum inlet.

Maintenance checkpoints
After use, the hose is rinsed with clean water and stored in a coil without being crushed. The dispenser is emptied and rinsed when the tablets run out. The cut hose end and the adaptor connection are checked for cracks and leaks.

The number of tablets is set by the needs of the pool water; the instructions on the tablet packaging are followed for filling. When the tablets run out, the dispenser is refilled.

The hose is bought long enough to reach from the vacuum inlet to the farthest corner of the pool. The Serenit hose is offered in 7.624 m and 11 m lengths; as it is cuttable, the excess is shortened. A cut section cannot be reattached, so the pool is measured before the hose is cut and, if necessary, the longer model is preferred.

The difference is in length, weight and code. The 7.624 m hose weighs 1.92 kg and has code 77502; the 11 m hose weighs 2.68 kg and has code 77503. Both float on water and are cuttable. If the distance between the vacuum inlet and the farthest corner is long, the 11 m model is chosen.

The adaptor is not included with the hose; it is a separate product line with code 77504. The hoses are separate lines with codes 77502 and 77503, so if the adaptor is needed for the connection end, it is added to the order list. The adaptor is supplied in cartons of 100. The triangular and rectangular vacuum heads in the Serenit Vacuum Head, Brush, Leaf Net and Pole Set are the vacuum heads in the same series. The brushes and leaf nets need no hose and are used with the pole only. The hose length determines the area the vacuum head can cover. The hose adaptor is purchased as a separate item.
