Blue Line Pool Vacuum Heads are a family of manual vacuum heads used with a hose and pole to vacuum the pool floor by hand. Çilek Havuz supplies Blue Line Vacuum Heads through quotes and as part of its projects. There are six models: Flex 35 cm, triangular, oval, aluminium Flat, triangular ABS and L=35 Flat. The two models with a 1½" connection diameter are the Aluminium Flat and the L=35 Flat. The body material is aluminium or ABS.

Users and applications
Blue Line vacuum heads collect sediment and fine dirt from the pool floor by hand and send it into the hose line. The vacuum head is moved across the floor with a telescopic pole, and the collected dirt goes to the filtration line. There are six body types to choose from: Flex 35 cm, triangular, oval, aluminium Flat, triangular ABS and L=35 Flat. The pole length is set by the width of the pool.

Installation and compatible equipment
The vacuum head is fitted to the pole and connected to the pool vacuum inlet with a hose. The hose diameter must match the connection diameter of the vacuum head. The hose is chosen from the Floating Pool Hose and Accessories products. Poles are available in the Blue Line Poles and Accessories product in 1.8-3.6 m and 2.4-4.8 m ranges.
- The vacuum head is fitted to the end of the pole.
- One end of the hose is pushed onto the vacuum head connection.
- The other end of the hose is connected to the pool vacuum inlet.
- The vacuum head is lowered to the floor and guided with the pole.

Maintenance checkpoints
The vacuum head is rinsed with clean water after each use. On wheeled and brushed bodies, leaves and sand caught in the bristles and wheel housings are removed. The connection mouth is checked for blockages. The head is stored together with the hose and pole in a dry, shaded place.

The family consists of six models: Flex 35 cm, triangular, oval, aluminium Flat 1½", triangular ABS and L=35 Flat 1½". If an aluminium or ABS body is wanted, that model is chosen; if the hose line is 1½", the Flat models are the ones to consider.

The connection diameter is 1½" on two models: the aluminium Flat and the L=35 Flat. The hose diameter must match the connection diameter; a Ø38 mm hose fits a 1½" connection. Before the hose is chosen, the connection diameter is checked against the manufacturer code of the model, as not every body type has the same connection.

The vacuum head is fitted to the pole, connected to the vacuum inlet with a hose and lowered to the floor. It is moved across the floor with the pole; the collected dirt goes through the hose to the filtration line. The pole length is chosen to reach the required point on the floor from the edge. The vacuum head does not work without a hose, so the hose diameter and length are decided in advance.

The vacuum head is connected to the filtration line with a floating hose. A Ø38 mm (1½") hose fits the 1½" connection and is available in the Floating Pool Hose and Accessories products in lengths between 8 and 30 m. The hose length is chosen to reach the farthest point the vacuum head will cover; a short hose limits reach.

The vacuum head is used with a telescopic pole. The Blue Line Poles and Accessories product includes adjustable aluminium poles of 1.8-3.6 m and 2.4-4.8 m. The pole length is chosen to reach the middle of the floor from the edge. A 2.4-4.8 m pole is sufficient for a wide pool, a 1.8-3.6 m pole for a small pool.

The Flex model is 35 cm wide and is listed with a flexible body. The Flat models have a flat body, and two of them have a 1½" connection diameter. The Aluminium Flat is distinguished by its aluminium body, the L=35 Flat by the L=35 dimension in its name. The choice is made by preferred material and connection diameter.
