LumiPlus Micro SPA Floodlight, Spa LED Light.
The LumiPlus Micro SPA Floodlight is a 12 V AC micro-sized underwater LED projector secured to the spa shell with its threaded body and a 1¼" nut. Çilek Havuz supplies Micro SPA through quotes and as part of its projects. All five models draw 4 W; white and warm white deliver 315 lm, RGB 186 lm. The frame is white ABS or stainless steel. The warm white 3000 K model is available only with a stainless steel frame.

Users and applications
It is chosen when a floodlight smaller than the Mini SPA is wanted on a spa or hot tub shell. The threaded body passes through the mounting hole and is tightened from behind with a 1¼" nut. The frame and light tone are chosen together: warm white is available only with a stainless steel frame. With the white ABS frame, white or RGB light is available.

Installation and compatible equipment
The threaded body of the floodlight is passed through the mounting hole in the spa shell from the front and tightened from behind with a 1¼" nut. As the supply is 12 V AC, the line is installed through a Pool Lighting Transformer. The 2.5 m cable supplied with the product is joined to the main line inside the Pool Lighting Junction Box. The transformer is chosen according to the total VA of the connected lamps.
- The mounting point is chosen so that there is room for the nut behind the shell.
- The threaded body is passed through the hole and the 1¼" nut is tightened from behind.
- The cable is joined to the 12 V AC line in the junction box.
- The light is tested after the spa has been filled with water.

Maintenance checkpoints
When the spa is drained, the area around the 1¼" nut is checked for signs of leakage; a loose nut is retightened. The front glass and frame are wiped with a soft cloth during spa cleaning. The cable joint in the junction box is kept dry; a damp joint is remade. If the light does not come on, the transformer output is checked first.

Its threaded body passes through the mounting hole and is tightened from behind with a 1¼" nut. The white model delivers 315 lm at 4 W and runs on 12 V AC. Where the mounting area is larger, the LumiPlus Mini SPA Floodlight can also be used.

The warm white Micro SPA is offered only with a stainless steel frame and gives light at a 3000 K tone. If a white ABS frame is wanted, the white 5700 K or RGB model is chosen. White light and RGB light are available with both the white ABS and stainless steel frames.

The difference is in body size and the fixing nut. Micro SPA is micro-sized and its threaded body is tightened with a 1¼" nut. Mini SPA is secured with a threaded bolt and a 2" nut. The light values are the same: 4 W, 315 lm in white, 186 lm in RGB. Warm white has a stainless frame on the Micro SPA and a white ABS frame on the Mini SPA.

Micro SPA comes on when the Pool Lighting Transformer circuit that supplies it is switched on. The lamp is not connected directly to the 230 V AC mains; the transformer provides a 12 V AC output. On the white model, switching on and off is done through this transformer circuit. On the RGB model, a separate control device is connected for colour and effect selection.

The RGB Micro SPA is controlled with the LumiPlus Connect Pool Lighting Controller or the LumiPlus RGB ECO push button. Colour and effect are selected from these devices; the control device is purchased separately. The RGB models deliver 186 lm and draw 7 VA of apparent power, and the supply is 12 V AC.

Micro SPA is connected with the 2.5 m cable supplied with the product and needs a Pool Lighting Transformer with a 12 V AC output to operate. The cable joint is made inside the Pool Lighting Junction Box. The white models draw 6 VA and the RGB models 7 VA; the transformer is chosen according to the total of these values.

The white and warm white Micro SPA deliver 315 lm, the RGB Micro SPA 186 lm. All five models run at 4 W. The energy class of the white model is F and that of the RGB model G. The light output does not change with the frame type; the values are the same on models with white ABS and stainless steel frames.
