Aquasense Signature & Imperial Liner is a 3D printed PVC liner that lines the inner surface of the pool. Çilek Havuz supplies Signature · Imperial through quotes and as part of its projects. The roll size is 1.65 x 25 m, the thickness is 1.8 mm and the surface has a class C slip resistance rating. There are 10 colour options in total: three in the Imperial series and seven in the Signature series.

Users and applications
Signature and Imperial are chosen by those who want a coloured, textured and anti-slip liner on the inner surface of the pool. The first decision is the series: Imperial offers three colours, Grey, Sand and Green. Signature covers the Fiji family and Brown Basalt in seven colours. Both series share the same thickness and roll size; the difference is in the colour palette.

Installation and compatible equipment
Signature and Imperial come in 1.65 x 25 m rolls. The number of rolls is calculated from the floor and wall dimensions of the pool. The liner is fixed to the supports with the profiles in the Liner Installation Accessory Set. The set contains PVC-coated metal profiles, PVC profiles, welding strip and geotextile. The colour and roll code are stated in the order.

Maintenance checkpoints
Liner maintenance consists of visually checking the surface and the edges fixed with profiles. Dirt or deposit marks on the surface are cleaned off when they appear. The 3D printed texture is checked for retained residue and for any change in colour or print. If loosening or lifting is seen along the profile lines, the team that installed the liner is informed.

The difference is in the number of colours and the slip resistance label. Imperial is a three-colour series, and its surface is marked as class C, Category 3. Signature has seven colours, and its surface is class C. Both are 3D printed, 1.8 mm thick and come in 1.65 x 25 m rolls. The choice is made by the colour wanted.

Yes, the surface has a class C slip resistance rating. The Imperial Grey, Imperial Sand and Imperial Green models are also marked as Category 3. For the seven Signature colours the class is C. The surface is 3D printed and textured. This class is the value to check when choosing a liner for wet, walked-on surfaces.

Signature and Imperial offer 10 colours. The Slate, Riviera and Calacatta series has four stone and marble patterns: Black Slate, Riviera Sand, New Riviera White and Calacatta Marble. Both are 3D printed, 1.8 mm thick, class C anti-slip and come in 1.65 x 25 m rolls.

The number of rolls is calculated from the dimensions of the floor and wall surface to be lined. One roll is 1.65 m wide and 25 m long. The calculation varies with the shape of the pool. If the dimensions are shared during the quotation, the number of rolls and the colour code are confirmed together. The colour and roll code are written in the order together with the model name.

The Liner Installation Accessory Set is used. The set contains PVC-coated metal profiles, PVC flat and corner profiles, welding strip and geotextile. The profiles fix the liner to the supports. The geotextile comes in 50 m rolls, 2 m and 1.5 m wide. These parts are ordered separately from the liner.

The thickness is 1.8 mm. The Aquadecor PF 4000 and Aquacolor PF3000 series are 1.5 mm thick, with smooth or plain colour surfaces. Signature and Imperial have a 3D printed texture and are class C anti-slip. The Granite, Slate, Riviera, Calacatta and Aquastone series are also 1.8 mm thick.
