Users and applications
This group covers the spare and complementary part needs of Blue Connect users. The need determines the choice: a gold or platinum sensor for sensor replacement, a spare battery when the battery runs down, the calibration kit for the annual adjustment, the Fit for installation on the pipework, and the Extender for Wi-Fi coverage.

Installation and compatible equipment
The parts are used with the devices in the Blue Connect Gold & Aqua Connect Smart Assistant group. The Fit is a 50 mm saddle clamp used for in-line installation on the pipework. The Extender acts as a Wi-Fi bridge. In the calibration kit, the pH4, pH7 and ORP 468 mV solutions come in two 20 ml bottles each.
- A gold or platinum sensor is chosen according to the sensor type of the device.
- If in-line installation is needed, the 50 mm Fit is fitted to the pipework.
- The Extender is added to the network for Wi-Fi coverage.
- The sensor is calibrated with the solutions in the calibration kit.

Maintenance checkpoints
For sensor accuracy, calibration is recommended once a year, and the calibration kit is intended for this. The kit contains the pH4, pH7 and ORP 468 mV solutions in two 20 ml bottles each. The sensor and battery are parts that are renewed over time. The platinum sensor is for chlorine and bromine pools, and the gold sensor also for salt electrolysis pools.
- Calibration is carried out once a year.
- The solutions in the calibration kit are at pH4, pH7 and ORP 468 mV.
- The spare battery is fitted when the device battery runs down.
- The sensor is renewed as gold or platinum to suit the pool type.
