Users and applications
This group is intended for those who want to replenish the reagent of the photometer or test kit they use. The choice depends on the device and the parameter to be measured. DPD tablets are used for chlorine, Phenol and Phenol Reagent tablets for pH, Alkalinity-M for alkalinity and a separate reagent for cyanuric acid. MPS-OUT is for measuring chlorine in pools that use Oximin.

Installation and compatible equipment
Reagents need no installation; they are selected from the reagent list of the device used for measurement. Separate DPD Nº1 and DPD Nº3 boxes are available for MD-100 and MD-200. The general DPD Nº1, DPD Nº3 and DPD Nº4 reagents are compatible with PC Checkit, Checkit Direct, MD100, MD200, MD110, PoolDirect, PC Multidirect and Scuba II.
- The photometer or test kit in use is identified.
- The tablet for the parameter to be measured is chosen.
- A box on the compatibility list of the device is chosen.
- The box size of 100, 200 or 250 is set according to need.
// 04 · Maintenance
Maintenance checkpoints
Reagents are consumables; when to replenish them depends on the quantity in the box. Phenol, DPD-1, DPD-2, DPD-3, DPD-4, Phenol Reagent and Cyanuric Acid tablets come in boxes of 250. The DPD Nº4 box contains 200, and the MD-100/200 reagents 100. Each measurement uses a single tablet or reagent.
- The number of tablets in the box determines the number of measurements remaining.
- Each parameter uses its own reagent.
- MD-100/200 boxes are purchased separately from the general boxes.
- DPD Nº4 is equivalent to the DPD-1 and DPD-3 combination.

There are separate DPD Nº1 and DPD Nº3 boxes for MD-100/200. MPS-OUT is a tablet used for measuring chlorine in pools that use Oximin. The box contains 250 and the manufacturer code is 08677. For testing potassium monopersulphate, pH and total alkalinity there is also a separate MPS 3-parameter test strip; its pack contains 50 strips and its code is 57500.

The Analysis Tablets are for measuring chlorine, pH, alkalinity and cyanuric acid; the boxes contain 250, 200 or 100. The MD Series Photometer Reagent Refills measure aluminium, ammonium, copper, iron, phosphate, urea and total hardness, and each pack contains 100. The compatible devices of the two also differ.

Phenol Tablet (pH) and Phenol Reagent Tablet are used for pH measurement. Both come in boxes of 250; the manufacturer codes are 01426 and 03019. The Phenol Reagent Tablet is used with devices on the general reagent compatibility list such as PC Checkit, MD100, MD200 and MD110 and is sold separately from the other tablets.

Alkalinity-M Total Reagent is sold in a box of 250 and the manufacturer code is 08373. The Calcium Hardness PC Checkit reagent for calcium hardness comes in a box of 100 and is intended for PC Checkit. There is a separate reagent for cyanuric acid, containing 250.
