The LumiPlus FlexiMini Fixing System and Frame is a frame and fixing set in which the small FlexiMini lamps sit on the pool wall and ladder. Çilek Havuz supplies FlexiMini Fixing through quotes and as part of its projects. There are six types: Pure for concrete, polyester and liner pools, Niche for a mini niche, Nozzle S and Nozzle L for nozzles up to Ø90 and Ø116 mm, and Pipe for a concrete wall bushing. The frame is white, beige, grey, anthracite or stainless steel.

Users and applications
It is intended for pools that will have FlexiMini lamps fitted on the pool ladder, the steps or small wall areas. The choice is made by the code or diameter of the existing part in the wall. In concrete, polyester and liner pools the Pure frame is used, in a pool with a mini niche the Niche system, and in a pool with a nozzle Nozzle S or Nozzle L according to the nozzle diameter.

Installation and compatible equipment
First the part in the wall is identified: niche code, nozzle diameter or pipe bushing. The Pure frame is installed with the separately coded 77575, 77576 or 77578 part; the other types fit onto the existing part in the wall. Once the fixing system is in place, the FlexiMini lamp is fitted. The 2.5 m cable of the lamp is joined inside the Pool Lighting Junction Box and the line is supplied according to the voltage of the lamp.
- The niche code, nozzle diameter or pipe bushing in the wall is determined.
- The Pure, Niche, Nozzle S, Nozzle L or Pipe type that matches the dimension is chosen.
- The fixing system is seated in place and the cable route is prepared.
- The FlexiMini lamp is fitted and the frame is closed.

Maintenance checkpoints
The fixing system and frame are the parts that stay in the pool even when the lamp is changed. During pool cleaning the frame is wiped with a non-abrasive cloth. When the lamp is removed, the seating surface and cable entry are checked. On a stainless steel frame, surface marks are removed with a soft cloth.

+90 216 475 39 37Nozzle S is chosen for nozzles of Ø90 mm and smaller, Nozzle L for nozzles of Ø116 mm and smaller. The Nozzle S frame measures Ø96 × 19.5 mm and the Nozzle L frame Ø132 × 22 mm. Nozzle S comes in white, beige and grey; Nozzle L also offers anthracite and stainless steel.

If the niche code is 06967, 00369 or 49828, the FlexiMini Niche system fits. The frame of this system measures Ø161 × 15.5 mm and can be chosen in white, beige, grey, anthracite or stainless steel. The niche stays in place; the fixing system fits onto the niche and the FlexiMini lamp is fitted inside it.

In concrete and polyester pools the Pure Concrete/Polyester frame is used. It is installed with the 77575 niche or 77576 polyester nozzle and measures Ø115 × 6 mm. In liner pools the Pure Liner frame is used; it is installed with the part coded 77578 and measures Ø119 × 9 mm. Both Pure types come in five colour options.

The Pipe system is used at points in a concrete pool where there is a pipe or wall bushing. The frame measures Ø96 × 12 mm and can be chosen in white, beige, grey or anthracite; there is no stainless steel option. The fixing system sits in the bushing and the FlexiMini lamp is fitted into this system.

The LumiPlus FlexiMini Connect Lamp, the LumiPlus FlexiMini Plug&Play Lamp and the LumiPlus FlexiMini On/Off Lamp fit into this system. The lamp is not included in the set and is purchased separately. Connect is chosen for app control, Plug&Play for remote-controlled RGB light, and On/Off for switched white or warm white light.

The FlexiMini fixing system is for ladder and wall type FlexiMini lamps; its frames range from Ø96 to Ø161 mm. The LumiPlus Flexi Fixing System and Frame holds the large-bodied Flexi lamps; its frames range from Ø267 to Ø310 mm. A lamp from one family does not fit the frame of the other.

The stainless steel frame is available in the Pure Concrete/Polyester, Pure Liner, Niche and Nozzle L types. Nozzle S is offered only in white, beige and grey, and the Pipe system in white, beige, grey and anthracite; neither has a stainless steel option. The frame colour does not change the light values, it only determines the appearance on the wall.
