Çilek Havuz supplies Connect & Go Accessories through quotes and as part of its projects. The GPIO Expansion Module and the standalone GPIO offer 4 digital inputs and 4 digital outputs. Connect Box Plus is the Ethernet-connected central unit of the Fluidra Connect system.

Users and applications
The connection accessories are chosen to extend an installed Connect & Go automation system or to connect it to a network. The GPIO Expansion Module adds extra devices to the GPIO in the cabinet. The standalone GPIO switches, schedules and monitors products that are not compatible with Fluidra NN. Connect Box Plus is the central unit of the Fluidra Connect system.

Installation and compatible equipment
The GPIO Expansion Module is used to connect extra devices to the GPIO inside the Connect & Go Connected Cabinet. The standalone GPIO switches a non-compatible product on and off by connecting it to its own digital inputs and outputs. Connect Box Plus does not work without an Ethernet cable connection; it is connected to a network point such as a home router or a Powerline adaptor.
- It is determined whether the device to be controlled is compatible with Fluidra NN.
- The standalone GPIO is chosen for a non-compatible device, and the GPIO Expansion Module for an extra device in the cabinet.
- The device is connected to the digital inputs and outputs of the GPIO.
- Connect Box Plus is connected to the network point with an Ethernet cable.
// 04 · Maintenance
Maintenance checkpoints
As the accessories are electronic modules, maintenance is based on checking the connections and network access. From time to time, it is tested that the device connected to the GPIO switches on and off and that its status is monitored. For Connect Box Plus, the Ethernet cable and network point are checked; if the network drops, the system also loses Fluidra Connect access.
- The on and off command of the device connected to the GPIO is tested.
- The Ethernet cable is checked to be in place and intact.
- Terminal block connections are checked for tightness.

The standalone GPIO is used to switch and schedule products that are not compatible with Fluidra NN, such as a spotlight or a filter pump. Both offer 4 digital inputs and 4 digital outputs.

Connect Box Plus is the central unit of the Fluidra Connect system. Fluidra Connect does not work without an Ethernet cable connection. This connection is provided from a home router, a Powerline adaptor or a similar network point. Through this network connection, Connect Box Plus opens the pool automation to Fluidra Connect.

The GPIO controls standard products that are not compatible with Fluidra NN. Spotlights and filter pumps are examples. The device is switched on and off, scheduling is set, and the status of devices such as a pool cover is monitored. One digital input or output is assigned to one device; there are 4 inputs and 4 outputs in total.

It works with Connect & Go cabinets. The Connect & Go Connected Cabinet already comes with a GPIO; the GPIO Expansion Module allows extra devices to be connected to this GPIO. Without the cabinet, there is no system for the module to connect to. For non-compatible devices outside the cabinet, the standalone GPIO is chosen.

The GPIO Expansion Module is chosen if an extra device is to be connected to the Connect & Go cabinet, the standalone GPIO if a non-compatible device is to be controlled without a cabinet, and Connect Box Plus if a central unit is needed for a Fluidra Connect installation.
