// 02 · Use
Users and applications
Intended for pool owners who want to spot clean without buying a robot. It is used in above-ground and in-ground pools, on every surface type. In pools with a robot, it is chosen as a second tool for sand left on steps, ladders and corners. Even when the filtration pump is not running, the vacuum draws with its own motor; no hose or skimmer connection is needed.
- Above-ground and in-ground pools
- Step and corner cleaning after a robot cycle
- Sand and leaves that collect at ladders and corners
- Pools with no filtration, or with filtration kept switched off
// 03 · Installation and compatibility
Installation and compatible equipment
MHV 20 needs no installation; it comes with a charger, 2 filters and a wall hanger. The battery is charged in a dry place in under 2.5 hours. The telescopic pole is extended to suit the pool depth. The vacuum is submerged and switched on, and the suction head is moved slowly over the floor. After use, it is stored on the hanger.
- The battery is fully charged in a dry place.
- The filter basket is checked to be empty and locked.
- The telescopic pole is adjusted to the pool depth.
- The head is lowered to the floor and the vacuum is switched on.
- When the work is done, the basket is emptied and the vacuum is hung on the hanger.
// 04 · Maintenance
Maintenance checkpoints
After every use, the 1 litre basket is emptied and the filters are rinsed in clean water. When the fine 100 µm filter clogs, suction drops; the second filter in the package is then fitted. The pivoting suction head and the telescopic pole joint are checked for sand. When not in use, the vacuum is kept dry on its wall hanger.
- The basket and filters are washed after every use.
- The two filters are used in rotation.
- The pivoting head and pole joint are cleared of sand.
- The vacuum is dried and stored on its hanger.

+90 216 475 39 37Yes, the MHV 20 Rechargeable Pool Vacuum is not connected to the filtration pump and draws with its own motor. No hose, skimmer or suction line connection is needed. Debris is collected in the 360 and 100 µm filters, in a 1 litre basket. This is why it is also used in above-ground pools with no filtration.
Çilek Havuz Corporate
A fully charged MHV 20 battery runs for 45 minutes. The battery is a 2600 mAh lithium-ion unit and charges in under 2.5 hours. This is enough to vacuum the floor of a small pool or the steps and corners of a large one. For longer jobs, work is paused and the battery is recharged.
Çilek Havuz Corporate
The vacuum is submerged, switched on with its button and the head is lowered to the floor. The head is moved slowly in overlapping strips. The telescopic pole is adjusted for depths between 0.2 and 3 m. When the basket fills, suction drops; the vacuum is taken out of the water and the 1 litre basket is emptied.
Çilek Havuz Corporate
The difference is in how it moves: the MHV 20 is guided by hand, while a pool robot scans the floor and walls on its own. The MHV 20 is chosen for spot cleaning and small pools and, at 3.3 kg, is easy to carry. For regular cleaning of the whole pool, a robot such as the OP 32 Pixel for pools up to 8 x 4 m is chosen.
Çilek Havuz Corporate
In an above-ground pool, a rechargeable vacuum that does not connect to the pump is used. The MHV 20 works on every surface type and its head reaches the floor even in shallow water of 0.2 m. Its suction of 4.8 m³/h comes from its own motor. This is why it is used instead of a hose vacuum in pools with a weak pump or no filtration.
Çilek Havuz Corporate
A rechargeable floor vacuum such as the MHV 20 draws water with its own motor, passes it through the filter and returns it to the pool. Debris stays in the 360/100 µm filters, in a 1 litre basket. Suction is 4.8 m³/h. A hose vacuum, by contrast, works on the suction of the filtration pump and needs a skimmer connection.
Çilek Havuz Corporate
The MHV 20 filter capacity is 1 litre and the filtration level is 360 / 100 µm. Suction is 4.8 m³/h and the suction width is 6 cm. The filter holds debris such as leaves and sand; when it is full, suction drops. The vacuum weighs 3.3 kg and offers 45 min of runtime.
