AstralPool Pro Elyo Touch is a full inverter pool heat pump that transfers heat from the air to the pool water and operates until the outdoor air falls to -20 °C. Çilek Havuz supplies Pro Elyo Touch Full Inverter through quotes and as part of its projects. The eight models deliver a maximum heating output of 13.5 to 35 kW; COP rises up to 16. Six models are supplied with 220-240 V single-phase power, and Pro Elyo Touch 30T and 35T with 380-400 V three-phase power.

Users and applications
Pro Elyo Touch is chosen for home, residential complex and commercial pools that are to be heated in winter as well. The operating pattern determines the choice: Boost mode is selected for fast heating, Smart for daily use and Ecosilence for night-time. The model output is determined by the pool volume and use of a cover. The 30 and 35 kW outputs each have a single-phase and a three-phase version.

Installation and compatible equipment
Pro Elyo Touch is placed outdoors on a level surface, with the area in front of the fan and the air intake left clear. The weight is between 73 and 130 kg depending on the model; the supporting base is prepared accordingly. The water line is connected to the line after the filter. For management from the app, the iQBridge RS Pool Automation Gateway is installed separately.
- The model is selected, and a fuse and cable suitable for the model are prepared in the panel.
- A concrete or firm base is prepared, and the anti-vibration pads supplied in the package are placed.
- The water inlet and outlet are connected to the line after the filter.
- If wanted, the iQBridge RS gateway is connected and added to the app.
- The operating mode and water temperature are selected on the touchscreen.

Maintenance checkpoints
As Pro Elyo Touch also operates in winter, the air coil is exposed to fouling all year round. The coil and fan grille are cleaned at the change of seasons. The condensate drain kit supplied in the package is kept fitted and clear. The titanium heat exchanger is suitable for salt chlorinated water; even so, the pH balance of the water is measured regularly.

+90 216 475 39 37AstralPool Pro Elyo Touch is a heat pump; it takes heat from the outdoor air and transfers it to the pool water. It is not connected to a boiler or a solar tank and runs on its own electricity. The device that heats a pool with hot water from a boiler is a heat exchanger. For this purpose, the AstralPool ETNA Heat Exchanger is listed on the site as a separate product.

The three operating modes on Pro Elyo Touch choose between speed and quietness. Boost keeps the compressor at high output and heats the water quickly at the start of the season. Smart adjusts the output to what the water needs and is chosen for daily use. Ecosilence runs quietly at low speed and is preferred at night.

Pro Elyo Touch 30 and 30T deliver the same maximum output of 30 kW; the difference is in the power supply and refrigerant. Pro Elyo Touch 30 is supplied with 220-240 V single-phase power, draws a maximum of 24 A and uses R32 refrigerant. 30T is supplied with 380-400 V three-phase power, draws 9.8 A and uses R410A.

For management from a phone, Pro Elyo Touch is connected to the network with the iQBridge RS Pool Automation Gateway. The gateway is optional and is added as a separate product. After connection, the water temperature and operating mode are changed in the Fluidra Pool app. Without the gateway, the unit is managed from the touchscreen on the front panel.

Both units are full inverter pool heat pumps; the difference is in the output range and operating limit. AstralPool Pro Elyo Touch delivers up to 35 kW and operates down to -20 °C. Zodiac Z550 iQ delivers up to 20 kW and operates down to -15 °C. WiFi is included on Z550 iQ, while Pro Elyo Touch needs a gateway.

A level, load-bearing base is prepared for Pro Elyo Touch, and the unit is placed outdoors. The weight is 73 kg for Pro Elyo Touch 13 and 130 kg for 35 and 35T. The area in front of the fan and the rear air intake are left clear. The anti-vibration pads supplied in the package are placed on the base, and the condensate drain kit is connected.

At an air temperature of 15 °C, Pro Elyo Touch 13 delivers approximately 2 to 9 kW, and Pro Elyo Touch 35 between 5.5 and 25 kW. Under this condition, COP is between 4.5 and 8. The unit operates down to an outdoor air temperature of -20 °C. In the cold season or for an uncovered pool, the next model up is chosen.
