The Electrical Control Panel (Dual Pump) is a pool control panel that brings protection for two pumps and control of several underwater lights together in one panel. Çilek Havuz supplies Control Panel · Dual Pump through quotes and as part of its projects. Its six models are designed for two pumps and two lights, or for one pump and three lights. The light outputs are 300 W and the transformer is rated 230/12 V 600 VA. The enclosure is IP65 and the timer runs on a 24-hour cycle.

Users and applications
The Dual Pump panel is chosen for pools where two pumps are protected from the same panel, or where several underwater lights are managed from one point. The two-pump model provides two light outputs. The single-pump model provides three light outputs and offers a choice of Type A to D for the pump. Each light output is rated 300 W.

Installation and compatible equipment
The panel is fixed to the wall at the point where the pump lines and light lines meet. On the two-pump model, the pumps are matched to the Type C+D or D+D combination; on the single-pump model, Type A, B, C or D is chosen for the pump. The light outputs are fed from the 230/12 V transformer. The panel weighs between 9.5 and 10.4 kg.
- The Type combination is determined from the motor current of the pumps.
- The two-pump or single-pump model is chosen by the number of lights.
- The panel is fixed to a wall that can carry its weight of 9.5 or 10.4 kg.
- The pump and light cables are connected to the corresponding outputs.

Maintenance checkpoints
A two-pump panel has more points to check: two thermal protection devices, the transformer output and each light line. The cover is lockable; the supply is switched off before it is opened. If a thermal protection device trips frequently, the current of the pump concerned is measured separately. If protection on a light output activates, the light cables are inspected first.
- The supply is switched off before working inside the panel.
- Each thermal protection device is labelled with the pump it belongs to.
- The light cables are checked for a tight connection to the outputs.
- The cover is kept closed and locked.

The second group provides overload protection for 1 pump and control for 3 underwater lights. The number of pumps and the number of lights together determine which one is chosen.

The difference lies in the current range of the second pump. On the Type C+D model, the first pump is in the 4-6.3 A range and the second pump in the 6-10 A range. On the Type D+D model, both pumps are in the 6-10 A range. Both models provide control for 2 pumps and 2 lights and weigh 9.5 kg.

Each light output is rated 300 W. The two-light model takes 2 x 300 W and the three-light model 3 x 300 W. The supply comes from a 230/12 V 600 VA transformer; on the three-light model, a 300 VA transformer is added to this. The lights must be 12 V.

The Electrical Control Panel protects a single pump and provides at most one output on the lighting side. The Dual Pump model manages two pumps or three light outputs and includes a 230/12 V 600 VA transformer. If a second pump or several lights are needed, the Dual Pump model is chosen.

Protection varies by model. On the two-pump model, the first pump is monitored by 4-pole thermal protection up to 10 A and the second pump by 2-pole thermal protection up to 10 A. On the single-pump model, the pump is monitored by 4-pole protection up to 10 A. The protection takes the pump out of circuit when the motor current limit is exceeded.

The Type is chosen by the current of the pump motor. Type A is for 1.6-2.5 A, Type B for 2.5-4 A, Type C for 4-6.3 A and Type D for 6-10 A. All four Types provide control for 3 underwater lights and weigh 10.4 kg. Pumps such as Sena and Verdon ES are matched to these ranges.

The weight is 9.5 kg for the two-pump models and 10.4 kg for the single-pump models. The frequency is 50 and 60 Hz. The enclosure is IP65. Timing is set with a 24-hour programming timer. The modular switch has Auto, 0 and Manual positions. The contactor switches the pumps and lights on and off.
