Neolysis Connect is a hybrid disinfection system that combines a UV lamp and salt electrolysis in a single unit. Çilek Havuz supplies Neolysis Connect through quotes and as part of its projects. It produces 12, 24 and 32 g/h of chlorine, suits pools of 50, 100 and 150 m³, and its UV power is between 48 and 56 W. Low salt (LS) and standard series are available. The unit is operated from a 2.8-inch TFT touchscreen and connects via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Users and applications
Neolysis Connect is chosen for private pools where chlorine demand is to be reduced with UV support and the unit is to be monitored from a phone. If the pool water is to be kept at a low salt concentration, the LS series is chosen; for a standard salt concentration, the standard series. The model is determined by pool volume: 50 m³ for 12 g/h, 100 m³ for 24 g/h and 150 m³ for 32 g/h.

Installation and compatible equipment
The UV reactor and electrolysis cell are combined in a single system; the unit is fitted vertically to DN50 or DN63 pipe. The unit has a gas detector, a flow sensor and a temperature sensor. If pool equipment is to be managed from the controller, the Relay Box supplied with the Relay Box and Earthing Anode product is added; the unit offers 4 inputs and 4 outputs.
- The unit is fitted vertically to DN50 or DN63 pipe.
- The electrical connection is made; if equipment is to be managed, the Relay Box is connected.
- The salt concentration of the pool water is brought to at least 5 g/L in the standard series and at least 1 g/L in the LS series.
- The unit is added to the Fluidra Pool app via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
- The chlorine production rate and operating mode are selected on the display.

Maintenance checkpoints
Maintenance has two parts: the electrolysis cell and the UV lamp. Cell life is 12,000 hours and UV lamp life is 13,000 hours. Polarity reversal is set to every 2, 3 or 4 hours. The salt is topped up before the concentration falls below the minimum value of the series. The unit works in water between 5 and 40 °C.
- The operating hours of the cell and UV lamp are monitored.
- The salt concentration is measured; it does not fall below 1 g/L in the LS series or 5 g/L in the standard series.
- The water temperature is kept between 5 and 40 °C.
- The line where the flow sensor sits and the connections are checked.

Chlorine output and UV power are the same in both series: UV is 48 W on the 12 g/h model and 56 W on the 24 and 32 g/h models. If a low salt concentration is wanted, the LS series is chosen.

The 12 g/h model is sized for a 50 m³ pool, the 24 g/h model for 100 m³ and the 32 g/h model for 150 m³. UV power is 48, 56 and 56 W respectively. Each capacity is available in both the LS and standard series; the series is chosen by salt concentration.

If a capacity of 12, 24 or 32 g/h is sufficient, Neolysis Connect is chosen; it suits 50-150 m³ pools and connects to the Fluidra Pool app via Wi-Fi. Neolysis S produces 50 to 300 g/h of chlorine and works with 5-6 g/L of salt; it comes with EXT-1 and EXT-2 measurement versions. Both systems combine UV with electrolysis.

The unit offers 4 inputs and 4 outputs. 230 V equipment such as the filter pump is connected with the Relay Box supplied with the Relay Box and Earthing Anode product; the panel is compatible with Neolysis Connect. The first output of the Relay Box carries a pump of up to 3 HP. Equipment other than the pump can also be connected to the outputs.
