Relay Box and Earthing Anode comprise a relay box that connects the pool controller to the equipment and a stainless steel anode fitted to the pipe. Çilek Havuz supplies Relay Box · Earthing Anode through quotes and as part of its projects. The box has four 230 V outputs; all are fused and the enclosure is IP55 protected. The anode is offered in two models, for Ø 50 mm and Ø 63 mm pipe. The box works with Elite Connect, Neolysis Connect and AstralPool Control Connect.

Users and applications
Relay Box is used in plant rooms where the controller needs to manage the pool equipment. The box works with Elite Connect, Neolysis Connect or AstralPool Control Connect and connects 230 V equipment such as the filter pump to the controller. The earthing anode is fitted separately to the pipe; Ø 50 mm or Ø 63 mm is chosen according to the pipe diameter.

Installation and compatible equipment
Relay Box is connected between the controller and the pool equipment. The first output carries a pump of up to 3 HP or a load of 10 A / 2.3 kW; the other three outputs are for a pump of up to 1/3 HP or a load of 6.5 A / 1.5 kW. The earthing anode is fitted to the pipe with a saddle clamp kit.
- The power of the equipment to be connected is compared with the output ratings.
- Each item of equipment is connected to the output that suits its load.
- Relay Box is connected to the Elite Connect, Neolysis Connect or Control Connect unit.
- The anode is chosen as Ø 50 mm or Ø 63 mm according to the pipe diameter.
- The anode is fitted to the pipe with the saddle clamp kit.

Maintenance checkpoints
Routine work for Relay Box is checking the output fuses and cable entries. IP55 protection applies while the box cover and glands are closed. The anode is stainless steel; the clamp and connection point are checked visually for looseness. The power of any added equipment must not exceed the output rating.

The anode is chosen according to the diameter of the pipe it will be fitted to. A Ø 50 mm anode is fitted to a Ø 50 mm pipe, and a Ø 63 mm anode to a Ø 63 mm pipe. Both models are stainless steel and are mounted with a saddle clamp kit. The diameter is confirmed by measuring the pipe.

The earthing anode is a stainless steel anode fitted to the pipe to discharge the stray currents that can form in salt water. It is secured to the pipe with a saddle clamp kit. It comes in two models, Ø 50 mm and Ø 63 mm. The anode is a separate product from Relay Box and is ordered separately.

IP55 indicates that the enclosure is protected against dust and against water jets from any direction. Relay Box comes with this protection class, and all four of its outputs are fused. The protection applies when the box cover is closed and the cable glands are tight. The fused outputs protect the equipment line against overcurrent.

The filter pump is connected according to its power: a pump of up to 3 HP goes to the first output of Relay Box. The other three outputs are for pumps of up to 1/3 HP. The power of the equipment must not exceed the rating of the output it is connected to. Before installation, each item of equipment is matched to the output that suits its load.
