The S.R.Smith Disabled Pool Access Chair is a battery-powered pool access lift that lowers a person who cannot use a ladder into the water and lifts them out while seated. Çilek Havuz supplies PAL II · Splash through quotes and as part of its projects. PAL II is portable, Splash is semi-portable. Both have a 24 V rechargeable battery and allow 30 uses per charge. The remote control is waterproof; armrests and footrest are standard.

Users and applications
The chair is chosen to lower a person who cannot use a ladder into the water and lift them out while seated. The choice is made by mounting type: PAL II requires no poolside fixing and can be lifted and moved elsewhere. Splash is fixed with a floor anchor and comes with a transport trolley. Both are operated with a waterproof remote control.

Installation and compatible equipment
PAL II is portable and requires no poolside fixing; its concrete counterweight keeps it in place. Splash is semi-portable: it is fixed to the floor with an anchor, and a transport trolley comes in the package for moving it to different points. The battery is kept charged and ready. For infinity pools, spas and non-standard pools, consultation is needed before ordering.

Maintenance checkpoints
Routine work on the chair is keeping the battery charged and checking the movement. As 30 uses are possible per charge, the charge level is monitored by the number of uses. The remote control is waterproof, but its buttons are still tested. The Splash anchor must be secure and the PAL II counterweight in place; if movement is restricted, the chair is not used.
