E30iQ, Variable Speed Pool Pump.
E30iQ is a self-priming variable speed pool pump with three speed settings, connected to the pool's filtration line. Çilek Havuz supplies E30iQ through quotes and as part of its projects. There are two models: nominal flow is 15.5 m³/h for E30iQ 100 and 25.1 m³/h for E30iQ 200. Motor output power is 0.75 and 1.5 kW. The speeds are set as ECO 50%, CLEAN 75% and BOOST full speed; the connection is DN50 and DN63.

Users and applications
E30iQ is chosen for pools where speed management is to be kept simple with three settings. The settings correspond to ECO 50%, CLEAN 75% and BOOST full speed; the speed range is from 40% to full speed. The pump runs independently with its 1-line LCD display and can also be controlled with the iAquaLink+ app. The model is chosen according to the flow requirement of the line.

// 03 · Installation and compatibility
Installation and compatible equipment
E30iQ is fitted between the suction line and the filter; 63/50 mm connection unions come in the package. The supply is 230 V. A Zodiac MS Sand Filter or a Zodiac CS Cartridge Filter can be connected after the pump. The suction line is kept short and straight; the straight run is four times the pipe diameter. A base can be chosen separately.
- The pump is placed on a level, dry floor in front of the filter.
- The suction line is connected to the inlet union and the discharge line to the outlet union.
- The pre-filter body is filled with water and the cover is closed.
- The 230 V supply is connected and the speed settings are selected on the display.

Maintenance checkpoints
Routine work is removing the leaves and sediment collected in the 2.6 litre strainer basket while the pump is switched off. The cover is opened, the basket is cleaned and the cover is closed again. The pump shuts down automatically on high voltage or overheating; if shutdowns recur, the supply and the water flow are checked.

+90 216 475 39 37The choice is made by the flow requirement of the pool. Model 100, with a 1 HP and 0.75 kW motor, delivers 15.5 m³/h nominal flow and 18 m maximum head. E30iQ 200, with a 2 HP and 1.5 kW motor, delivers 25.1 m³/h and 20.5 m. For a line that needs higher flow, E30iQ 200 is chosen.

The difference lies in the detail of the speed programme. E30iQ has 3 speed settings and a 40-100% speed range. FloPro VS offers 8 programmable speeds and works with the iQPUMP Wi-Fi Module. E30iQ comes in two models with 1 and 2 HP, FloPro VS in a single power rating of 1.65 HP. On lines that do not need a wide speed programme, E30iQ is sufficient.

The three settings are defined at the factory: ECO is 50%, CLEAN 75% and BOOST full speed. The settings are programmable. The speed range of the pump is from 40% to full speed. The pump runs independently with its 1-line LCD display; the iAquaLink+ app also provides control of the pump. The selected setting determines the pump speed during filtration.

No, E30iQ is not on the compatible pump list of the iQPUMP Wi-Fi Module. iQPUMP works with FloPro VS and FloPro VS AUT pumps. App control of E30iQ is provided through its own iAquaLink+ connection. If remote management is wanted, the pump is used through this connection. For a pool that is to have iQPUMP, FloPro VS is chosen as the pump; it comes as the standard model with display and the VS AUT model without display.

Motor output power is 0.75 kW for E30iQ 100 and 1.5 kW for E30iQ 200. The pump runs on 230 V and 50/60 Hz. The power drawn from the mains depends on speed; at ECO 50% speed, less power is drawn than at full speed. The motor is a permanent magnet synchronous type and is efficiency class IE3.

The model that can change speed setting is E30iQ; the single speed FloPro runs at a fixed speed of 2850 rpm. E30iQ comes in two models, the single speed FloPro in nine. The single speed FloPro has an asynchronous motor and is managed by a filtration panel. E30iQ has a display and iAquaLink+ control. The single speed series starts at 0.5 HP, E30iQ at 1 HP.

Yes, it runs in fresh and salt water; the salt limit is 6000 ppm. The maximum water temperature of the pump is 35 °C. The protection class is IPX5. The pump has a 2.6 litre strainer basket, which is cleaned while the pump is switched off. If the temperature or salt limit will be exceeded, the pump is not a suitable choice for that pool.
