FloPro™ Single-Speed, Single Speed Pool Pump.
FloPro single speed is a self-priming pool pump that runs at a fixed speed of 2850 rpm, connected to the pool's filtration line. Çilek Havuz supplies FloPro Single Speed through quotes and as part of its projects. Its nine models range from 50M to 200T and offer 0.37-1.5 kW motor power and 10.3-27 m³/h nominal flow. The models are divided into single-phase (M) and three-phase (T). The connection is DN50 and DN63; the strainer basket is 2.6 litres.

Users and applications
FloPro single speed is chosen for pools looking for a circulation pump that runs at a fixed speed in the filtration line. The pump is switched on and off from the filtration panel; there is no speed adjustment. The model is determined by the flow requirement of the line and the supply type: 50M delivers 10.3 m³/h, 200M and 200T 27 m³/h nominal flow. Weights are between 16 and 21 kg.

// 03 · Installation and compatibility
Installation and compatible equipment
FloPro single speed is fitted between the suction line and the filter; 63/50 mm unions come in the package. The motor is supplied and protected through the Electrical Control Panel; the panel type is chosen according to motor power and phase. A Zodiac MS Sand Filter or a Zodiac CS Cartridge Filter is connected as the filter. The suction line is kept short and straight.
- The pump is placed on a level, dry floor in front of the filter.
- The suction line is connected to the inlet union and the discharge line to the outlet union.
- The pre-filter body is filled with water and the cover is closed.
- The supply is made through an Electrical Control Panel suited to the phase.

Maintenance checkpoints
Routine work is removing the leaves and sediment collected in the 2.6 litre strainer basket while the pump is switched off. The cover is opened, the basket is cleaned and the cover is closed again. The pump shuts down through its safety system at high current or temperature; if shutdowns recur, the supply and the water flow are checked.

+90 216 475 39 37The model is chosen according to the flow required by the filtration line. 50M delivers 10.3 m³/h, 75M and 75T 13.2 m³/h, 100M and 100T 15.8 m³/h, 150M and 150T 20.8 m³/h, 200M and 200T 27 m³/h nominal flow. Maximum head increases from 17.8 m to 24.5 m. The supply type is shown by the letter M or T.

The difference is the supply: 100M is single-phase, 100T three-phase. Both deliver 1 HP and 0.75 kW motor power, 15.8 m³/h nominal flow and 21.5 m maximum head. Maximum amperage is 4.2 A on 100M and 1.6 A on 100T. The weight is 17 kg on 100M and 18 kg on 100T.

FloPro single speed runs at a fixed speed of 2850 rpm and its speed is not adjusted. E30iQ offers 3 speed settings, FloPro VS 8 programmable speeds. The single speed series covers 0.5-2 HP with 9 models; E30iQ delivers 1 and 2 HP, FloPro VS 1.65 HP. The single speed pump is managed by a filtration panel, the variable speed pumps by their own display or iAquaLink.

The pump is controlled by a filtration panel; the Electrical Control Panel is used for this purpose. The panel provides overload protection and a 24-hour programming timer for the pump. The type is chosen according to motor power and phase. There are separate power ranges for single-phase and three-phase lines.

The pump is installed with a Zodiac MS Sand Filter or a Zodiac CS Cartridge Filter. On the MS filter, an operating pressure of 0.4-1.4 bar is given for a single speed pump. The CS cartridge filter comes with flow options of 22.7 and 28.4 m³/h. The filter is chosen large enough to handle the pump flow.

The connection is DN50 and DN63; the 2 inch threaded inlet and outlet come in the package with 63/50 mm unions. Thanks to the unions, 50 and 63 mm pipework is connected without additional fittings. The suction line is kept short and straight; the straight run is left at four times the pipe diameter. If the pipework has a different diameter, a transition fitting is used.

The strainer basket has a volume of 2.6 litres. Leaves and coarse sediment are held in the basket and do not pass into the pump body. The basket is emptied by opening the cover while the pump is switched off. The pump runs in water up to 35 °C and in salt water up to 6000 ppm. The pump is not run until the basket cover is seated; a leaking cover lets air into the suction line.
