Victoria Plus Silent is a self-priming, single speed pool pump connected to the filtration line of pools. Çilek Havuz supplies Victoria Plus Silent through quotes and as part of its projects. Its five sizes, in single-phase M and three-phase T versions, deliver 11-35 m³/h nominal flow and 0.56-2.24 kW motor power. Connections vary between D50, D63 and D75. The motor is IP55 protected and the pre-filter housing comes mounted on the body.

Users and applications
Victoria Plus Silent is chosen as the circulation pump that passes pool water through the filter and pushes it back to the pool. The size is set by the flow required by the filtration line: the smallest 75 model delivers 11 m³/h and the largest 300 model 35 m³/h nominal flow. Weight is between 13 and 23 kg; noise stays within 61 to 70 dBA.

Installation and compatible equipment
Victoria Plus Silent is fitted between the suction line coming from the pool and the filter; PVC fitting accessories are included in the package. As the pre-filter housing comes mounted on the body, no separate pre-filter is needed. M models are connected to a 230 V single-phase line, T models to a 230-400 V three-phase line. The supply can be taken through the Electrical Control Panel. The discharge outlet goes to the Multiport Valve inlet of a filter such as the Aster Sand Filter.
- The pump is placed on a level, dry surface in front of the filter.
- The suction line is connected to the front connection and the discharge outlet to the Multiport Valve inlet of the filter.
- The housing is filled with water through the transparent lid and the two-handle lid is closed.
- The supply is taken through the Electrical Control Panel or through motor protection suited to the phase.

Maintenance checkpoints
Routine work consists of removing leaves and debris collected in the pre-filter housing while the pump is switched off. The two-handle lid opens by hand without a tool. After the housing is cleaned, the lid is seated back in place and closed. If there is a noticeable change in the operating sound, the suction line and the housing are checked.

The 75 model delivers 11 m³/h, the 100 model 16 m³/h, the 150 model 21.5 m³/h, the 200 model 26 m³/h and the 300 model 35 m³/h nominal flow. The required flow is found by dividing the pool volume by the turnover time; for a residential pool, the turnover time is 4 to 6 hours.

The choice is set by the building's electrical supply. M versions are connected to a 230 V single-phase line and T versions to a 230-400 V three-phase line. Every size is available in both M and T versions. M and T models with the same number have the same nominal flow and motor power; the maximum power drawn differs slightly on some sizes.

Victoria Plus Silent delivers 11-35 m³/h in five sizes and has a two-handle, tool-free pre-filter lid. Verdon ES starts at 7.0 m³/h with the 50M and rises to 31 m³/h on the 300 model. If a small pool needs 7.0 or 10.5 m³/h, Verdon ES is chosen; for a wider flow range and 35 m³/h, Victoria Plus Silent is chosen.

The connection diameter depends on size. The 75 and 100 models have D50, the 150 and 200 models D63 and the 300 model D75 connections. PVC fitting accessories are included in the package. If the diameter of the existing pipework is known, the choice is first narrowed by this diameter and then by flow.

The noise level is within 61 to 70 dBA and depends on size. The pump is designed for low-noise operation. As it is single speed, noise stays constant during operation and cannot be reduced by changing speed. If speed adjustment is needed, the variable speed Victoria Plus Silent VS is chosen; the VS 100 gives 45 dBA at the low step.

The difference is speed control. Victoria Plus Silent is single speed; its 10 models deliver 11-35 m³/h. Victoria Plus Silent VS is variable speed; its two models deliver 17.0 and 26.0 m³/h, and it has a built-in display and timer. The Electrical Control Panel is used with the single speed pump.

As the lid has two handles, no tool is needed and it opens by hand. Cleaning is done with the pump switched off. As the lid is transparent, the level of the housing can be seen from outside. The pre-filter housing comes mounted on the body and prevents foreign matter from entering the hydraulic parts of the pump. After cleaning, the lid is seated back in place; the housing is filled with water before the pump is restarted.
