Verdon VS is a self-priming, variable speed pool pump with a built-in frequency inverter, connected to the filtration line of pools. Çilek Havuz supplies Verdon VS through quotes and as part of its projects. The VS 100 delivers 15.5 m³/h nominal flow, 0.75 kW power and a D50 connection; the VS 200 delivers 25.0 m³/h, 1.49 kW and a D63 connection. Speed is selected in steps of 50, 75 and 100 percent. The pump runs on a 230 V single-phase supply and is managed from the display on the pump.

Users and applications
Verdon VS is a circulation pump that runs the filtration line of pools at variable speed. Speed is set to the 50, 75 or 100 percent step; at these steps the VS 100 delivers 7.9, 11.8 and 15.5 m³/h. At the low step, noise drops to 48 dBA. The pump is managed both from the display on the pump and from the mobile app.

Installation and compatible equipment
Verdon VS is fitted between the suction line and the filter. The frequency inverter is inside the pump, so no separate inverter is needed. The supply comes from a 230 V single-phase line. As it is self-priming, the pre-filter housing is filled with water before the first start. The discharge outlet is connected to a filter such as the Cantabric Pool Sand Filter.
- The pump is placed on a level, dry surface in front of the filter.
- The suction line is connected to the front connection and the discharge outlet to the filter.
- The pre-filter housing is filled with water and the transparent lid is closed.
- The 230 V single-phase supply line is connected.
- The speed step is selected from the display or the mobile app.
// 04 · Maintenance
Maintenance checkpoints
Routine work consists of removing leaves and debris collected in the pre-filter housing while the pump is switched off. As the housing has a transparent lid, its level can be seen from outside. The suction line must not draw air even when the pump runs at the low step. If there is a change in operating sound or flow, the suction line and the housing are checked.
- The pre-filter housing is opened and cleaned while the pump is switched off.
- The suction line is checked for air leaks.
- After cleaning, the lid is seated back in place and closed.
- The D50 and D63 connections are checked for leaks.

The flow is found by dividing the pool volume by the turnover time.

The low step keeps filtration running slowly; the full step gives the nominal flow. The step is chosen by the filter's backwash and filtration needs.

Noise changes with speed. The VS 100 produces 48 dBA at 50 percent speed, 58 dBA at 75 percent and 66 dBA at full speed. The VS 200 produces 49, 59 and 68 dBA at the same steps. The quietest operation is at the low step. The speed step is selected from the display on the pump or from the mobile app.

The pump connects to a pool app and can be controlled from anywhere. There is also a display on the pump; the speed step and operating settings can be made directly there as well. The app and the display manage the same pump. Speed is selected in steps of 50, 75 and 100 percent, and changes can be made either way.
