FloPro VS is a self-priming variable speed pool pump connected to the pool's filtration line. Çilek Havuz supplies FloPro VS through quotes and as part of its projects. The motor runs at 8 programmable speeds between 600 and 3450 rpm. Nominal flow is 24.1 m³/h, motor output power 1.23 kW and maximum head 21.5 m. The standard model has a display; VS AUT has no display and works with iQPUMP or Zodiac automation.

Users and applications
FloPro VS is chosen for pools looking for a circulation pump with a programmable speed. The speed is set between 600 and 3450 rpm; at low speed the pump draws less power and runs more quietly. The standard model is managed from the display on the pump. VS AUT is managed through the iQPUMP Wi-Fi Module or Zodiac automation.

// 03 · Installation and compatibility
Installation and compatible equipment
FloPro VS is fitted between the pool suction line and the filter; 63/50 mm unions come in the package. The supply is 220-240 V. A Zodiac MS Sand Filter or a Zodiac CS Cartridge Filter is connected as the filter. For remote management, the iQPUMP Wi-Fi Module is connected to the pump with an RS485 cable and is powered by the pump.
- The pump is placed with its base on a level, dry floor in front of the filter.
- The suction line is connected to the inlet union and the discharge line to the outlet union.
- The suction line is kept short; a straight run of four times the pipe diameter is left.
- The pre-filter body is filled with water, the cover is closed and the supply is connected.
- The speed programme is entered from the display or the iAquaLink app.

Maintenance checkpoints
Routine work is emptying the 2.6 litre strainer basket while the pump is switched off. The cover is opened, the basket is cleaned and the cover is closed again. The pump shuts down automatically at high or low voltage; if shutdowns recur often, the supply line is checked. The union connections are checked for leaks.

FloPro VS AUT has no display; it runs under iQPUMP or Zodiac automation and is programmed to 10 speeds with iAquaLink. The motor, flow and connection are the same on both models.

FloPro VS offers 8 programmable speeds and a 600-3450 rpm range; E30iQ offers 3 speed settings and a 40-100% speed range. FloPro VS comes as the standard model with display and VS AUT without display, and delivers 24.1 m³/h. E30iQ comes in two models, 100 and 200, delivering 15.5 and 25.1 m³/h. The iQPUMP Wi-Fi Module works only with FloPro VS.

A nominal flow of 24.1 m³/h is achieved at 3450 rpm and 10 m head. Its maximum flow is 30.7 m³/h and its maximum head 21.5 m. Motor output power is 1.23 kW. Flow decreases as speed is reduced; the speed setting is determined by the flow required by the pool's filtration line.

When the speed is reduced, the pump draws less power and runs more quietly. The motor runs at 8 programmable speeds between 600 and 3450 rpm. At low speed, water passes through the filter more slowly and filtration quality improves. Duration and speed are set in the programme according to pool use.

Yes, FloPro VS is designed so that it can replace an existing pump without changing the pipework. The pump has DN50 and DN63 connections, and 63/50 mm unions come in the package. Thin and thick pump bases are also included in the package. The base that matches the footprint of the old pump is chosen.

It is used with the Zodiac MS Sand Filter and the Zodiac CS Cartridge Filter. The MS filter comes with a side-mounted 6-way valve, and an operating pressure of 0.2-0.8 bar is given for a variable speed pump. The CS cartridge filter comes with surface area options of 9.3 and 14 m². The filter is chosen according to the flow of the line.
