AstralPool AP PR-200 Series is an external controller compatible with salt electrolysis systems that measures pH, ORP or free chlorine. Çilek Havuz supplies AP PR-200 Series through quotes and as part of its projects. AP PR-206 measures pH and ORP, AP PR-207 pH and Cl2 ppm, and AP PR-204 Cl2 ppm only. The Integrated TRI KIT models come as a ready package; the optional TRI kit provides simultaneous control of 3 units.

Users and applications
AP PR-200 Series is used in pools where external measurement and control are needed alongside Easy Salt, Pro-Chlore Salt, Nature Salt and Neolysis. The model is chosen by the value to be monitored: disinfectant effectiveness with ORP, the amount of free chlorine with Cl2 ppm. If simultaneous control of three units is needed, the TRI kit is added.

// 03 · Installation and compatibility
Installation and compatible equipment
The controller is hung on the wall in the plant room; the mounting bracket on the back is provided for this. The measuring sensors are fitted on the line after the filter or on a sample line. Which sensors are fitted depends on the chosen model: pH and ORP, pH and Cl2 ppm, or Cl2 ppm only. If simultaneous control of three units is needed, the TRI kit is added.
- The value to be measured is decided and AP PR-206, AP PR-207 or AP PR-204 is chosen.
- The unit is hung on the wall with the mounting bracket.
- The sensors are fitted on the post-filter line or on a sample line.
- The unit is connected to the compatible salt electrolysis system.
- If three units are to be controlled together, the TRI kit is connected; the sensors are calibrated.

Maintenance checkpoints
Correct operation of the controller depends on the care of its sensors. The pH and ORP electrodes are checked periodically with calibration solutions. On models measuring Cl2 ppm, the electrolyte gel and membrane of the amperometric chlorine electrode are renewed. Replacement electrodes and solutions are listed on the site on the Amperometric Electrode and Calibration Solution page.
- The pH and ORP electrodes are calibrated periodically.
- The gel and membrane of the chlorine electrode are renewed.
- The sensor line is checked for flow.
- The reading on the display is compared with a manual water test.

+90 216 475 39 37The model is chosen by the value to be monitored. AP PR-200 Series works with all of the Easy Salt, Pro-Chlore Salt, Nature Salt and Neolysis units. If pH and ORP are to be monitored, AP PR-206 is chosen; for pH and free chlorine, AP PR-207; for free chlorine only, AP PR-204.

AP PR-206 measures two values: pH and ORP. Chlorine output is managed by the Redox value. AP PR-204 measures free chlorine (Cl2 ppm) only and does not measure pH. In a pool where pH is controlled by a separate system, AP PR-204 is chosen; where both measurements are needed in one unit, AP PR-206.

The TRI kit provides simultaneous control of 3 units. It is added to an AP PR controller and makes it possible to manage more than one unit together. The TRI kit can be bought as a ready package with the unit or added later as an optional kit. The ready packages include the AP PR-206 and AP PR-207 models.

The Integrated TRI KIT models supply the AP PR-206 or AP PR-207 unit together with the TRI kit as a single package. The optional TRI kit is the kit alone and is added later to an AP PR unit already running on site. The integrated package is chosen for a new installation, the optional kit for extending an existing unit.

The AstralPool AP PR-207 page covers only the model measuring pH and free chlorine and its TRI version; this model is also used with Freepool². The AP PR-200 Series page compares the AP PR-206, AP PR-207 and AP PR-204 models together. If the value to be measured is not yet decided, the choice is made from the series page.

AP PR-200 Series is an external controller that manages salt electrolysis units by measurement. AstralPool Control Connect measures pH, ORP or ppm together with water temperature and connects to a mobile app over Wi-Fi. Control Connect also has 4 inputs and 4 outputs; it manages pool equipment with these outputs.

The models measuring Cl2 ppm are AP PR-204 and AP PR-207. AP PR-204 measures free chlorine only; AP PR-207 adds pH measurement to free chlorine. The Integrated TRI KIT package is also available with AP PR-207. AP PR-206 measures pH and ORP and does not measure chlorine in ppm.
