E-Next, Salt Chlorinator.
E-Next is a compact salt chlorinator without app connectivity that fits the filtration line and produces chlorine from the salt in the pool water. Çilek Havuz supplies E-Next through quotes and as part of its projects. Its five capacities produce 7, 12, 21, 30 and 40 g/h of chlorine and suit pools of 25 to 160 m³. The unit is operated from an LCD LED display. There are two versions, Standard and pH; the pH version has a pH sensor.

Users and applications
E-Next is chosen for private pools where chlorination is to be managed from the display on the unit, without a phone app. The smallest model is sized for a 25 m³ pool and the largest for a 160 m³ pool. Cover mode is selected while the pool is closed with a cover. The pH version adds pH measurement to chlorine production.

Installation and compatible equipment
The electrolysis cell is fitted horizontally on DN50 or DN63 pipe. The control box measures 20 x 26.4 x 13.8 cm and, as the cell cable is 2 m long, it is placed close to the cell. The unit has a gas sensor. On the pH version, the pH sensor is also connected in the line. Once the line is installed, the salt concentration of the pool water is brought to at least 5 g/l.

Maintenance checkpoints
Cell life is between 8,000 and 10,000 hours, and polarity reverses every 2 or 3 hours. The salt concentration is measured and topped up before it falls below 5 g/l. The unit operates in water between 5 and 40 °C. On the pH version, measurement accuracy is 0.01 pH.

Cover mode is selected while the pool is closed with a cover and is defined by a 10% output rate. E-Next offers two modes: Normal and Cover. In Cover mode, chlorine output is lower than in Normal mode. The modes are selected on the LCD LED display of the control box. Both modes are available on the Standard and pH versions.

In addition to the gas sensor, the pH version has a pH sensor; the measuring range is 0.0 - 9.9 pH and the accuracy 0.01 pH. The Standard version has only the gas sensor. Both versions have capacities of 7, 12, 21, 30 and 40 g/h. The gas sensor is common to both versions.
